Hi! I`m Jacynte Leger, Yoga Teacher & Breakthrough Specialist, I`ve been teaching yoga for the past 10 years. my desire to find physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual balance in my own life began when I was 20, this is what brought me to yoga and what started my journey into wellness. In 2008 I decided to take my first yoga teacher certification, since that basic certification I`ve continued to study different styles and applications of yoga such as: Kundalini Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Therapy, and Thai Yoga massage. I`ve also been working on releasing old hurts, pains, and patterns that were keeping stuck, I realized that all this exploration of different tools and my own healing journey could be of service to others. In 2018, I took my Breakthrough Specialist certification. This led me to offer Breakthrough sessions that can include yogic practices and philosophy, EFT, meditation, and releasing of old perceptions to help you be more of who you truly are and live the life you want to live.
