Hi! I`m Jacynte Leger, Yoga Teacher & Wellness advocate, I`ve been teaching yoga since 2009. My desire to find physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual balance in my own life began when I was 20, this is what brought me to yoga and what started my journey into wellness. In 2008 I decided to take my first yoga teacher certification, since that basic certification I`ve continued to study different styles and applications of yoga such as: Kundalini Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Therapy, and Thai Yoga massage, EFT and mindset work. I’ve also been involved in administrative aspects at yoga studios, wellness and retreat centers. I loves to offer my administrative skills to organizations whose values are in alignment with mine.
